Are you looking to expand the wellness campaign within your business? Hobsonville Chiropractic Centre is eager to discuss health, posture, and chiropractic with our community. We are offering FREE health talks to local businesses who wish to expand their staff wellness campaign.
What is included in these health talks:
- Posture
- The importance of keeping moving
- Spinal health
- Workstation set-up
- Stretches and exercises
- How a chiropractor may be able to help.
We can also include free spinal checks for staff on site if timing and space is available. Otherwise, free spinal checks and / or the ability to book in for an initial chiropractic appointment available at the health talk.
We ask that you let us know a time of day that suits you and your business best and send an email to your staff to find out how many people are keen.
These health talks can range from 5-30 minutes depending if you would like to have free spine checks completed on site. We can complete these with or without the use of a PowerPoint presentation.
We can provide complimentary documents to add to your internal health and safety resources.

Most of the health talks we attend are at lunch time or in the evening. We are flexible and able to shift our schedules around as needed.
